As we are drawing near to the start of worship services at our mission work Emmaus Road Reformed Church, our congregation will celebrate this momentous occasion with a special day of worship on the preceding Sunday. On October 16, 2011, our regular Sunday School and morning worship service will be followed by a potluck meal. We will have a special worship service at 1:30pm (note the change in time). Preceding the afternoon worship service, there will be a Q&A session about the progress of the mission work at 1pm.
Note that there will be no worship service at 5pm on October 16.

The Lord willing, the new mission work (Emmaus Road Reformed Church) will begin regular Sunday services on October 23. In preparation for the beginning of the services, we would like to ask anyone in our congregation who has used, clean toys (for ages 1-3) to consider donating for use in our nursery. If you have them, you can either give them to Colleen Kron or put them on the downstairs “lost and found” table in the vestibule and label them “Emmaus Road.”
